Is used for separating the adhering endosperm particles from the bran and increasing the flour extraction rate in the mill.

Working Principle: It has a product inlet to the rotating rotor. The pallets in the rotor realize the separation of the flour from bran by impacting. The bran is picked repeatedly by the rotor and the same operation is realized continuously. The flour particulars are taken out of the sieve during the flow. The sifting operation is increased by preventing the bran from flowing along with rotor. Aspiration connection is also available. Realizes the separation of the pure flour from the bran. Has a simple, strong construction with silent and regular operation. Long time running with low power consumption. Designed for easy maintenance, cleaning, portability and erection.
