Main body is made of welded steel plate. The oscillation is realized by means of gravity mechanism supported by the upper and bottom bearings. It secures a clean and neat sorting while processing the broken product, floury products and miscellaneous products, with cases in various size at every passage.

Products at various rates are automatically directed to the outlet through frame and main chassis channels after they have been sifted and separated homogeneously. The product is discharged with control pipes. All frame surfaces are formica plated. Frame bottoms are chrome-nickel sheet. Frame materials are beech plywood. Well isolated and formica plated passage covers are manufactured in high technology and quality.

The excellent isolation between cases and frame and also among cases themselves enables sifting is desired norms and high calibration. Milled grain flows in one or two parties through upper inlet of the sifter and streams through the frames. The product can be classified to 7 types in horizontal passages and 12 types in vertical passages.
